Phil Hlavin CEO/Owner phil@aquapoolsinc.com Phil started his journey in the industry working in his family’s water park business. He has over 35 years experience in the fields of Aquatic facility management, engineering, design and high tech water filtration systems. Phil believes that the key ingredient to our success is taking care of each customer on an individual basis. He truly enjoys each experience and says that referrals are a sure sign of success. Phil says, "When I leave a jobsite and the customer tells me they will miss having my employees around and that we have been the most reliable contractor they have used, I know we have done something right!"

Chris Hlavin Vice President chris@aquapoolsinc.com Chris handles the day-to-day internal operations including sales and customer service. Chris also worked in the water park business and has a very successful background in sales management & marketing. She believes that you need to do what you say you will do and the success will follow. Also, never ever lose sight of how you got to where you are today. Chris still looks forward to getting new client calls- "It is so important to make sure they have a great experience from that initial first phone call to the end of the project".
